SOLAS is our second CD and was recorded in Muckross Park Chapel in spring 2008. SOLAS was produced by Bill Whelan, and launched by Liz Nolan of Lyric FM at our concert in the Pro-Cathedral.

With the variety of music on offer, from Elgar to Rautavaara, and the attractive and detailed liner notes, SOLAS makes an ideal gift for any music lover.

The pieces chosen include some we sang for our award-winning performances at Cork International Choral Festival in 2008 and 2006. Click on the track titles below to listen to some sample tracks.

June 2009 - Lux Aeterna, the closing track on SOLAS, is the music for the closing credits on The Horse Killer, a short First World War drama.

December 2008 - The opening track on SOLAS won 1st Prize in the Lyric FM Christmas Competition 2008.

November 2008 - Due to phenomenal demand SOLAS has now entered its second duplication run. Media coverage of the CD includes comments such as
